The atmosphere was so clean and bright while also feeling cozy and warm. The decor and styling is next level and feels like the perfect place to sit and chat for while. The coffee was a super smooth brew and is served in some beautiful cups which just heightens the experience. Our breakfasts came quickly and were delicious! I chose a pretty classic breakfast, but their other options were also very creative with fun pairings of unique ingredients. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and sitting near the coffee bar made it delightful to watch coffees and lattes bring expertly made. Overall a wonderful experience! I can’t wait to being more people here to enjoy this experience with.

I ordered the Croque Madame and just look at it! Taste as good as it looks! Paired it with the mimosa flight to get my brunch started. Friendly service and wonderful establishment. It's great to see a restaurant packed with happy customers!

I went for breakfast here with a friend for the first time this past week and enjoyed my experience a lot. The menu had a good selection but I ended up choosing Eggs Benedict which was really delicious and filling. I ordered a London Fog as well which served very quickly. I found the environment relaxing and the seats were cozy. Easy parking to note as well. I look forward to visiting again.

one of the best brunch spots in Winnipeg! The hot chocolate is delicious! The hash browns here are especially the real star for me, they are crispy and perfectly salty! The side of honey dill pairs excellently with them! My partner got a sandwich along with a caesar salad—he also really enjoyed his! A winnipeg must!

Had brunch with a group of girls and no one had anything bad to say. The food was delicious, the drinks were well designed and balanced and the overall service and environment was very inviting and friendly. I would definitely come back to try their lunch menu!

It was a brunch of friends without planning much and last minute, we arrived and as we liked the space they moved us without any problem, they were super friendly and attentive. I’ll come back with more friends so they can get to know the place. The Matcha surprised me, next time I’ll order it warmer.

I recently visited Pauline for their Christmas High Tea. I recommend that you and your friend try different tea options. This way, you'll get to experience a variety of flavors instead of both having the same tea. We didn't know the tea would come with a pot, so we both ended up choosing chai tea. We enjoyed it, but it would have been better to try two different flavors! Their only non-dairy milk option is oat milk. The savory dishes were exceptional and memorable, as were their warm scones and biscuits. However, I felt there could have been a greater variety of savory options. The selection leaned heavily towards sweet treats. We also noticed that one of the desserts was missing from the dessert menu we were given. The waitress acted quickly and kindly, offering us a free dessert as compensation since they had run out of that particular dessert in their kitchen. We tried their creme brulee, and the custard flavor was truly memorable. The portion was generous for two people, and the fresh strawberries perfectly balanced the rich and creamy custard.
